As part of Incubation a suitable name search will be done to verify the name's appropriate. I imagine Ivory would fail this test based on the prior project, so this Ivory would need to find a new name. Alternatively, before the vote, the Ivory folks can find another name. This has happened before (Howl -> HCatalog), so it's not a huge reason to be concerned.
