Hi,
only for hosting Marmotta's website (INFRA-5624), because for code we'll
use git, could you please create the root directory at the incubator's svn?
I tried by myself, but I don't have permissions:
$ svn mkdir https://wik...@svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/marmotta
svn: E175013: Access to
'/repos/asf/!svn/txr/1433969-vcdd/incubator/marmotta' forbidden
