The report for your podling will form a part of the Incubator PMC
report. The
Incubator PMC requires your report to be submitted 2 weeks before the board
meeting, to allow sufficient time for review and submission (Wed, Jan 2nd)."
This practice was adopted in late 2011 (see the discussion in [1]),
and was used throughout last year. Unfortunately it looks like readily
available information about the podling report deadline was lost when
we refactored [2] the reporting schedule mechanism.
