I basically stole Ross' comments and injected them into the top of the original document. I have a few questions. Do we leave it vague as to the number of mentors needed? Do we state that you cannot be a mentor if you're a PPMC/committer, i.e. does it make sense to allow people to mentor themselves? Regards, Alan
