The recommended resolution template has changed a bit recently. I
suggest you update the text to (otherwise the board will likely do so
in any case):
[...] charged with the creation and maintenance of
open-source software, for distribution at no charge to
the public, related to open-source software related to
the OpenOffice personal productivity applications.
