Ali Anil Sinaci should definitely be part of the PMC. I have updated the resolution at [1]. They have contributed but seem to have no direct interest in becoming part of the PMC. Here is the corrected resolution: X. Establish the Apache Stanbol Project WHEREAS, the Board of Directors deems it to be in the best interests of the Foundation and consistent with the Foundation's purpose to establish a Project Management Committee charged with the creation and maintenance of open-source software related to a set of resuable components for semantic content management for distribution at no charge to the public.
