I don't see that user at http://people.apache.org/committer-index.html, and "id qwertymaniac" on people.a.o doesn't find it either. -1 for graduation until this is fixed, please check with infra. Also, the proposed PPMC doesn't include an ASF member. While not a requirement, I think it's good to have one on board, if only to help others become members over time.
