Done, thanks! IIUC this only happens with existing Apache committers who join as podling committers. New podling accounts are automatically added to the incubator group. PS. Giraph is just about to graduate, but there's no harm in giving Sebastian Schelter (scc) incubator karma even if its useful only temporarily.
