Usually there is a revote if the changes are anything other than say a
minor mod to a README.
Too bad. If you think it's ok, I think then it may be better to leave
the vote open again to speculatively wait for another vote. At the same
time I'll start preparing a new release from trunk and will call for a
vote in the PPMC when it is ready.
