This is a call for vote to graduate Sqoop podling from Apache Incubator. Sqoop entered Incubator in June of 2011. Since then it has added three new committers from diverse organizations, added two new PPMC members, and made two releases following the ASF policies and guidelines. The community of Sqoop is active, healthy and growing and has demonstrated the ability to self-govern using accepted Apache practices.
