The Apache Lucy community feels ready to graduate from the Incubator.
We've discussed[0] and voted[1] on the issue and drafted a resolution[2]. Now we would like feedback from the Incubator community on the draft resolution, so that we can move toward a final version and call a VOTE on this list.
For your edification, some data points gleaned from our status page[3]. Since entering the Incubator in July, 2010:
