Yep, let's revive the INCUBATOR jira. I added a few yyyy.mm version labels. Good idea! Going forward, would it make sense to start using the INCUBATOR jira instead of the project one for at least the more generic issues? That way we'd have a centralized record of progress. Projects could still use their own issue trackers for more specific action items.
