I see no value from debating whose election is bigger. If you look at the list of proposed committers, you see 59 names. Many of them have openoffice.org addresses. Most of them are not Oracle employees. The OOo community exists. It is here. It is signing up. There is no sense arguing otherwise. This doesn't mean that there are not other projects out there as well, good projects. There are, and we look forward to collaborating with them.
