Incubator PMC, We just had a vote based on RC1 but found a bug in it. So, this is a new vote based on RC2. This email is pretty much the same as the last one. Due to feedback in the previous IPMC vote, I did remove the mention of Dojo from the NOTICE file. We need 3 votes from the IPMC for this to pass.
