As the sole developer on the CMS software I'd say work
has stopped as I don't have the cycles to deal with improving
the UI beyond its current state.


However the CMS itself uses the same templating system as
the cms sites do, and it's all open-source software, so anyone
can hack on it and offer patches to infrastructure@.
