Eric, I don't feel that your reply is fair. I am not 'lowering the bar' to the eventual creation of a TLP that makes official Apache releases. I am proposing, if you will excuse the metaphor, to create a less steep ramp that approaches that bar. Right now, we say 'go away until you have a substantial community.' I'm proposing a means of capturing these nacent communities.
