KEYS file? SVN tag which corresponds to the source? At least 3 .java files don't have AL headers (and they don't appear to be test files). NOTICE file still says 2009. RELEASE_NOTES.txt does not contain any entry for 0.7 Might be useful to move the first part into a README file, and just have release notes in the RN file.
