More than one mentor is needed, considering Ian's experience with the
Incubator I'd say another experienced mentor might be sufficient.
From my own experiences, I'd say three mentors which are IPMC members
ought to be a recommended minimum, otherwise, at least committer votes
becomes more painful than they have to be. The PPMC can obviously
function without three (or more) mentors, but IMO, it's a better
learning experience if the PPMC can function as it would after graduation.
