Gang,

The feeling among the members of the Pivot podling (mentors included) is
that it is ready for graduation. We think that the following issues remain
in good order:

 - No licensing issues.
 - Active community from >3 employers.
 - Good communications in public.
 - Consensus-driven and positive attitude decision making.
 - 3 releases under the belt, the last two of which were without issues.

In addition, it has been almost four months since our last attempt at
graduation, and we believe that the issues brought up during the previous
graduation vote [1] [2] have been resolved. Specifically, since our last
graduation vote:

 - Noel Grandin has 31 commits [3]
 - Sandro Martini has 157 commits [4]
 - Chris Brind has 7 commits [5]
 - Greg Brown left VMware, and committer activity didn't suffer
 - We received a number of patch submissions from non-committers [6] [7] [8]

We would like to receive feedback if someone feels that Pivot is not ready
to graduate. In the meantime, we will polish up our Board resolution
proposal to be included in a vote thread later in the week.

Thanks,
-T
