I changed the topic to [VOTE] on April 21. It does seem that most folks responded with votes on the [PROPOSAL] thread. Either way, since we got only 2 PMC votes perhaps I should restart voting again. Two questions: Since this proposal is to be sponsored by the incubator itself, do we need both a Approval of Proposal by Sponsor and an Acceptance By Incubator vote? Henning and I are Incubator PMC members and listed as mentors. Do we have binding votes?
