Actually my problem was that I got lost in documentation (many different pages). The information you finally refer to is found in http://incubator.apache.org/guides/website.html#Edit+your+project+status +report "Setting Up a New Podling" is referring to the above page as well. http://incubator.apache.org/incubation/Incubation_Policy.html#Setting+Up +a+New+Podling salu2 P.S.
