We do not have team leaders here at Apache. But we have clear rules how projects operate. There are plenty of resources (texts) and examples (projects) here at the Incubator and on the other projects how that is supposed to work. Decisions are made in a consent-driven manner, not by team leaders off-list. Everyone has an equal say. No individual is entitled to make a final decision unilaterally.
