I want to ask some questions about "Updating the the top-level Incubator website". http://incubator.apache.org/guides/website.html#Edit+your+project+status+report a. Is it that every page of Incubator website( http://incubator.apache.org/projects/bluesky.html) and Official website( http://incubator.apache.org/bluesky/) must be *.xml? (Why not *.html?) b. How can I update the Incubator and Official websites?
