I'm also very interested in this subject. Untill now I was parsing the apache http logs for the download statistics information for Incubator projects, but now that the distributions are starting to get mirrored, I guess I'll need to find a new way.
Maybe Vadim Gritsenko would track incubator projects, now that they are all working the same way as the TLP ? Or if the problem is free cycles, I'm willing to give some help here to get things done for Incubator projects as well.
