This file was checked in as a static file as remote-resources is only
as good as its input and most of the dependencies didn't specify their
License so the file had to be completed by hand.

I am still amazed by the number of jars maven decides we need to have
included. Before we used maven we only had a handful of jars.

As Kevan points out servlet-api is listed .. I would be very surprised
if we actually needed that jar.
