there was quite a bit of discussion about suitable wording. i'm not sure that a consensus was reached. there isn't any reason why we have to settle on any one particular set of words: we can as easily approve a set of alternative designs. so, i think it best to come up with a short list of reasonable wordings and then vote on each.
