Would make sense to me, since most of those committers are completely
new to the ASF,
and time by time here are some *general* questions (also about incubation).
One part is quite different - we resist emailing committers@ and pmcs@
mailing lists, and when we do we (hopefully) make it such that they
won't be replied to (ie: Bcc). So there's a big difference in impact
between those lists and [EMAIL PROTECTED] which is fairly noisy.
