And I just don't see any reason to keep things private. Private ~= bad,
when it can be avoided. Basic way to keep a distributed volunteer
organisation transparent. Etc etc. We're obviously not communicating
well. I'll let Robert figure out what he wanted and argue a specific

i suspect that the documents are not actually official minutes until
they have been approved. to publicise private drafts would be
misleading.
i wanted to include some resolutions about mailing lists (naming and
so on) from months and months ago so that should be fine.
