We (Cliff, Robert, Noel, Noirin and myself) discussed some of these options
here beforehand, and we felt that having a project rename itself upon
graduation is unwieldly.  Therefore, the current proposal is what we felt was
best.

Yes, others can drop the second sentence (they always can); but it should
always be on any materials that are produced by the folks who are affiliated
