One obvious thing I'd like to focus on (that Jean hinted at) is the sidebar organization on incubator.a.o.
The fact that "Projects" (which is the actual list of projects!) is next to a bunch of a "IP Clearance", "Policy", etc. docs makes zero sense. It needs to be way way more prominent.
