I've been crunched by limited access to fax/mail while traveling. I will try
to submit asap to eliminate the bottleneck on my end :)

p.s. Why isn't there a scanning option for this? Seems like with all the
geeks involved, a higher tech solution would be appropriate. To my
knowledge, the "validity" of a signed scan is not any less than that of a
fax...
