So should we formally start the incubator acceptance vote on this
list, or is this also something that is done privately between the
Incubator PMC members?

Therefore, the DB PMC agreed to sponsor Cayenne in incubation. In
addition, from the DB PMC, Brian McCallister and Jean T. Anderson have
offered to be mentors for Cayenne's incubation.
