Sanjiva, Team, - We have 2 contribs - We have a list of folks who want to work on stuff - We will ask the incubator PMC to VOTE - We will set up a PPMC seeded with Mentors - PPMC will add committers - Exit criteria is defined by Incubation process. - People who end up sweating doing the day-to-day work will take the decisions - Mentors will guide project and help with defining what happens, milestones etc.
