Sure.  We could have the reports due at the first of the month. 
That'll give ample time for the Incubator PMC to review/comment/update
before it needs to go to the Board for their review.

I don't think many Incubator PMC members have been carefully reviewing
these reports - and they should.  The Board certainly goes through all
of these reports - it took us by far the largest amount of time to
work through this last quarter's Incubator report.

You know, I don't think it'd be the worst thing in the world for the
Incubator PMC to mirror the board in another aspect: have a monthly
meeting (phone or IRC?) where it could review these reports as a
group.  This PMC is getting *really* large and we need to better
organize ourselves.  -- justin
