With the conversion of the incubator site to anakia this instruction
needs to be removed:
add this page in incubator/site-author/site.xml as for other projects
and these html files need to be changed to xml:
copy this file and name it <projectname>.html
add a section in incubator/site-author/projects/index.html
I'll go ahead and update incubation-status-template.xml .
