Yes, I know this. The problem is roughly like this; 1. Mentor is AWOL. 2. PPMC is defunct. 3. Committers are not really present. 4. Active/interested parties are not ASF committers. 5. Paul apparently tried to make you guys committers, but without following proper procedure and "kicking the can" at infrastructure@, this have possibly falling through the cracks. 6. The Incubator PMC *should* intervene, and *either* terminate the incubation, *or* revive it by admitting you and Niklas to work on it with a new and more active mentor. The latter is somewhat irregular for ASF, but personally I think this is an irregular situation.
