See the others for examples. Basically, we want a status on how you are
doing, particularly in issues that need to be resolved (e.g., Hibernate for
you), and your progress towards graduating from the Incubator. Or, to quote
an earlier message of mine:

> on with the project. How are things going? What has changed since
> the last Quarterly Report? Any issues of note? New committers? How
> is community building going? What issues remain to be resolved before
> [your project] leaves the Incubator? Is there anything that might
> improve the process? Etc. :-)
