+1 to graduate. On a related note, it would be better if WS* became a single project with a bunch of subdirectories instead of many small projects with the same committers. If the subprojects were diverse then I would support separate PMCs and a Web Services federation, but I don't see that happening soon, so would prefer that webservices behave more like a single project than an umbrella.
