I sent my CLA and the grant via regular US mail to the address on the forms. I believe the others did too.

I believe the Roller grant and all ICLAs have been sent in.

I went back through my e-mail archives and found:

 - Anil Gangolli (independent)
 - David Johnson (Sun)
 - Henri Yandell (independent, also VP of Apache Jakarta)
 - Lance Lavandowska (independent)
 - Matt Raible (Raible Designs)

as the list of initial committers. Unfortunately, I cannot find a CLAs on file for anyone other than Henri. Nor can I find a record of a software
grant being recorded.

I am cc'ing the ASF Secretary. How were the CLAs and Grant sent in?

What is the status of Roller in the incubator?

We accepted it, and are waiting for it to start. I'll do what I can to move
this along.

Are we ready to move mailing lists and start using Subversion?

I had setup the SVN repository some time ago. Sam and Henri have access, and others will be added as the accounts are created. I also setup lists
for -dev, -commits, -ppmc and -user with Sam as the list owner and
moderator. If Henri wants, I can add him as a moderator, too, and we can start using the mailing lists. So all of those resources should be good to
go.

We'll have to talk with Jeff Turner from Atlassian about migrating the
issues from their JIRA instance to ours. As for the wiki, obviously, we'll
want to get to the point where we can self-host it.
