Attached a patch for site-author/learn/newcommitter.html under
.../incutator/public/trunk.
The patch includes a breakdown of the new committer process as practised in the
Jackrabbit project and described by Roy in the recent mailing list discussions.
Note that AFAIK this process is _not_ in general use among the Incubating
projects.
