I'm happy to ask future questions on harmony-dev if it is the appropriate list. However what I am asking about is really related to *whether* Harmony should be accepted as an Incubator project (ie it's related to the current VOTE thread on this list). Isn't this list therefore the correct forum for that discussion? Please let me know; I'm subscribed to harmony-dev and am happy to follow up there if it's a better place.
