I went to load it into the test repository, but what I see appears to be a
tar of your SVN database, not a dump. Please check. Also, does that
include both your SVN and imported CVS repositories, or just the former?
As for graduation, although it seems that you've been beset by
infrastructure overload, I think you need to actually work in the ASF
infrastructure before graduating. I expect that you agree. :-)
