In addition to those people who are generally committed to the Incubator, all Incubator Mentors should have karma for Incubator resources, should be represented on the Incubator PMC, and should be subscribed to the PMC mailing list.

I notice at least a couple of people who should be added to the PMC, but I am making it their responsibility to be proactive now. The Incubator has grown, and we need Mentors to be proactive, not reactive. I'm somewhat disappointed that only one project contributed to the Board Report this quarter, although I do notice that others have recently updated their STATUS files.
FYI, having my incubated project "graduated", I do not have offical mentor duties anymore (and don't play to have some for a while).
