I would typically report this in Jira. However, for obvious reasons, I can't: Some services on nagoya.apache.org (in particular Jira) is currently not responding. AFAIK, some people of the infrastructure team or at least some people with sufficient privileges are reading this list. The error message is:
The proxy server could not handle the request <em><a href="/eyebrowse">GET /eyebrowse</a></em>.<p> Reason: <strong>Error reading from remote server</strong></p>
Please let me know a more proper email address for the next time.
