I would be just as happy if the copyrighy discussion, which is not Derby
specific, was moved to [EMAIL PROTECTED] or [EMAIL PROTECTED], and
avoided derby-dev entirely.
As long as the development is being done on ASF infrastructure and under the auspices of the ASF Incubator, I don't think we can separate the 2 items. If the copyright issues aren't cleared up, I don't think we should encourage continued development under Incubator... we should wait, IMHO.
