The proposal can be found at http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/BeehiveProposal. Looks good. One question is if you would consider using Subversion instead of CVS. And I'm a bit concerned about the number of mailing lists. Are they all needed already? If so, we can create them. If not, would it be better if the initial Community was all in one place?
