Yes, you can put your version of clover into your CVS repository. This only applies to the actual jar itself. Please do not put the license key in CVS :).

Question -- can we put this in our public CVS repository? Right now we are just sending it committers, but it is a little inconvenient and, well, would be nice to just keep everything in CVS =)
