No problem. Appreciate your doing due diligence. > How were the original concerns raised about NDAs and community > addressed? Ref [1] Hopefully David will respond definitively. My understanding is that the bulk of them were raised because the JSR-168 EG developed the specification under NDA. Everything else followed from that issue. Now that the JSR has been finalized, everything has been contributed under Software Grant to the ASF (see grants.txt in the foundation module). The complaint asked questions about Community, and questioned the role of the Jetspeed Community. The Jetspeed, Pluto and other projects have all merged into the Portals Project. David Taylor, who is one of the people mentioned as being under NDA, is the lead person trying to see that Pluto is released to that Community. I don't believe that he sees a problem. So as far as I can see, none of the specific complaints have been valid since the conclusion of the Expert Group, the grant to the ASF, and the merger of the various portal projects into the Portal Project. But let's let David confirm this for us. --- Noel --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
