No problem.  Appreciate your doing due diligence.

Hopefully David will respond definitively.  My understanding is that the
bulk of them were raised because the JSR-168 EG developed the specification
under NDA.  Everything else followed from that issue.  Now that the JSR has
been finalized, everything has been contributed under Software Grant to the
ASF (see grants.txt in the foundation module).

The complaint asked questions about Community, and questioned the role of
the Jetspeed Community.  The Jetspeed, Pluto and other projects have all
merged into the Portals Project.  David Taylor, who is one of the people
mentioned as being under NDA, is the lead person trying to see that Pluto is
released to that Community.  I don't believe that he sees a problem.

So as far as I can see, none of the specific complaints have been valid
since the conclusion of the Expert Group, the grant to the ASF, and the
merger of the various portal projects into the Portal Project.  But let's
let David confirm this for us.
