Just to back up Noel's comments below, if you put something to [EMAIL PROTECTED], we can all kick it around. At the end of the day - if those in xml-commons think it's a good idea, then the chances are it probably is, and we can make it happen!

If the XML PMC decides to accept the code donation, based upon interest
within the community, the Incubator can work with the XML PMC to help bring
the code on-board.  However, unless there is interest in having it, the rest
is kind of moot.

If there is interest, the procedure could be as simple as getting a Software
Grant and vetting the code for IP issues, in the case were you would pull it
into XML Commons as part of your community.
