Ah, my mistake.  I wrongly assumed it'd link to a specific message,
rather than a thread overview.   Sorry about that.

BTW, while I'm here ;) -- I presume projects using the ASL 1.1 (such as
SpamAssassin) can omit this last paragraph without difficulty where
it doesn't apply:
